I knew EXACTLY what you meant by "state trooper" 'do!
Wish I could get my hair did today. My stylist is tied up (family issues) and can't schedule me before the week after next. Meanwhile, my hair runs rampant (curly/frizzy hair out of control is not only unattractive, it's dangerous!)
