html help with images displaying under instead of over?

This webpage:

http://www.dirac.org/p/politics/

Displays properly in Netscape Navigator.

However, in Internet Explorer, the pictures on the right-side of the screen near the summaries display UNDER the brick-red bar when the images should display OVER the brick-red bar.

How can we fix this?

1. Use Netscape, get Mozilla, 1.6 or FireFox - I only got IE "just in case"

Before I found out about Mozilla , I was using a program called Crazy Browser. It "piggybacks" off of IE, and cleans up alot of the bugs, especially with Java and pop-ups. It's free and only a 5meg download.

..perhaps putting those images in their own table aligned right would help.

You could use another table, like this:

You're using a list item without a UL open or close tag, there's an extra Font close tag.

I'd do this:
