Silence of the Lambs for me. Saw it for the jillionth time last night, and realized that I never want to see it again. I've just been-there-seen-that too many times now.

After watching that movie, I did some research and realized there was NO way to ensure that my potential diamond wasn't a conflict diamond. I didn't want to be a part of that bloody business, so when I knew my now-husband was going to propose, I let it be know that I wanted anything BUT a diamond.

I love my pink sapphire engagement ring. :)

I can't take it again. In fact, now I pretty much avoid movies altogether if there is a lot of death and violence in them. If a movie like Schindler's List had just opened, I probably wouldn't see it at all.

Horrific and heartbreaking. For some reason a lot of people hear thought it was going to be right-wing propoganda. It was nothing of the sort. Just a fly-on-the-wall view of the events on that flight, just like the reviewers said.

Wacthed it 4 times in the theater. Pirated it as soon as it came out on VHS (that's right VHS) and proceeded to watch it twice a day that summer. I don't think i have seen it in 10 years and i can still quote it word for word. Damn you Mel Gibson!
