8. I saw Buckaroo Banzai the opening weekend...

at the Alexandria Theatre Saturday matinee. It was me, my Mom, and three other people in the cavernous theatre.

And we were the only two laughing. :D

I thought is was hysterical and remains one of my very favorite movies. Lithgow is perfection! I still own a tee shirt that has the "Yo-Yo-Dyne" logo on it.

I met Peter Weller many years later and he had the same cool, low-key persona as he had in "BB".
