I think I've shared with most all that I have always been active in state fundraising for California Dems. Each election there are huge fundraisers and GOTV efforts in the labor comunity. We had just gotten over a very contentious election last November and here we are again.

Local news is all recall all the time. My clock radio went off to my favorite oldies station this morning which was sucked up my CLEARCHANNEL a few years ago. The morning DJ is a right wing asshole (in LA What service!!) and I wake up to Davis being bashed by the guy. I grabbed my remote for the alarm, screamed out FUCK YOU!, threw the remote across the room and proceeded to oversleep! Guess I'll find another station for the alarm now....the only reason I had switched to the oldies station was to stop hearing Rick Dees fawn over his former roomate Ollie North...it is a slow brainwashing process here in LA..get the popular DJ's to brainwash the masses.

Yes...this is a sympathy post!

10. I was just speaking with a friend...

that I go to most of the local rallies/marches and we were both expressing our views that our lives have been hijacked by all the Bushit since the selection -- and now we have our new State problem to fight, as well.

IT IS EXHAUSTING!

We have a two-front fight on our hands now and I'm feeling a it stretched thin.

I'm just living for the day I can wake up and not wonder what new hell I'm faced with. Even a couple of weeks would just do me so much good. :)

We are running the marathon with Bush & Co., not the 100 yard dash -- we need to pace ourselves.
