Palin granted leadership role at NASA

It was announced today that Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin has agreed to assume a major leadership role in the NASA space program in addition to her duties as Vice President.

Upon announcing this assignment, Senator John McCain noted Governor Palin's extensive qualifications in Aerospace technology.

Palin, when asked about the specifics of her qualifications, responded: "Well, Charlie, you can actually see the Moon from Alaska."
