"Backyard Talk"
The man of me and the woman of you were here before;
we sat in the chairs of these old chairs and you said: This is the queen's. And I said: This is the king's
and I spoke as king and you listened as queen.
The grass of this grass grew under our feet and the wind of this wind blew against us;
the gulls of those gulls circled and screamed in the sky of that sky.
The man of me and the woman of you will be here a hundered years from now and we will sit in the yard of this yard under the sun of that sun
and mirror the inevitable repetition of time and talk, as we do now.

Ah, how nice...
Even kings and queens sit and talk of ordinary things, just as the rest of us mortals do...
I like this!
Thank you...

and is now will always be. :) This is a such a classic theme, and very well done. I like this a lot. The odd use of language really brings it out.
