3. We are blown away by the blue eyes. We both have hazel.

My husband's are mostly green, and mine are brown-ish green. But we believe her eyes will remain blue. The doc seems to agree. ;)

Both my parents had blue eyes (as do I), but my brother has hazel/green eyes that he got from our great-grandmother. :)

What an adorable little face...
About the eyes...I have hazel eyes, and my children's fathers (two marriages) had blue eyes. My oldest two still have their bright blue eyes....My youngest also had the deepest most beautiful blue eyes until he was five. One day I looked at him and they were hazel. I had always thought that if the eye color changed, it would be in the first few months...
Anyway, love the photos...she is very beautiful. Makes me misty thinking about my own babies.

Mine became hazel later in life. They used to be brown! They are now green-gold. Weird!

24. My daddy was that daddy with the shotgun thing going on.

He never really had the shotgun out (he did hunt, so he had one), but it was very known around my town that my dad was to be feared when it came to me. I can soooo see me being the mama version of my dad. Boys.... BEWARE!!!
