I wouldn't want to live next to a former boss.
I've run into former bosses is social situations, and even though I was working in peer level positions at the time they never seem to get over the idea that they're superior to me because the used to be the boss. I wouldn't want live next to someone who would always act like they are somehow superior to me. Fuck that.
