| My youngest daughter turns 15 tomorrow...whewwww =/ |
|
That was the most difficult year of parenting I've had (3rd daughter, too!)
She just can't keep her eyes, ears, hands and texts away from boys (started at 12). I know its normal, but just hard to deal with when the other two either hid it better, or don't have the flirt genes.
We had a great hike together in the Red Lodge Montana today near the Beartooth pass (mom had to work). Talked a bunch, had a picnic, and I think we made it without any open wounds.
It's harder to find that balance between diligent parenting, open communication, and letting go. Especially hard when 18 yr old boys start snooping and messaging around 14 yr-olds.
I think 15 will be better.

| 2. Your an inspiration. My oldest girl is 16. Following, fairly close behind, are her two sisters. |

They are 12 and 10.

:toast: Congrats on surviving your daughter's 14th. I hope 15 goes smoothly. :hi:
