13. You probably just need to give yourself a "Time Out"

schedule about 1-2 hours and tell all the friends & family you are NOT to be disturbed. Then find a really really sad movie to watch - like Schindler's List. By the end of the movie you'll be bawling like a baby and wondering why you thought your life was so horrible when clearly you were making mountains out of molehills.

I swear by tear therapy. If I don't have at least one serious sessions of bawling my eyes out - it just builds up inside of me and gets real bad.
