Monday night dinner thread: Whatchya eat'n?

I had breakfast for dinner... egg over easy, bacon, sliced tomato, toast



I was going to make BLTs, but I got half-way through cooking the bacon and I decided I wanted brekkie.

But that depends on whether my wife feels like stopping at the Korean restaurant next to the karate school after my daughter's kumdo class.

2. Spaghetti and salad.

I had a BLT for breakfast after spending two hours hand watering our yard.

3. Two tacos

Three turkey meatballs, some carrots and squash and some rice and beans.

4. After a day like today

it will most likely be fend for yourself or soup and grilled cheese. It has been quite a day!

5. Steak and Pasta

with the leftover pizza sauce I made last night for homemade pizza, which was topped with Red Onion, Kalamata Olives, Garlic, Green Pepper, Feta, and Mozzarella.

The sauce is f'n delicious. :9

in Jason's freezer. I will probably heat that up later.

A "thaw and snip" meal.

and a salad - which will be ready very soon. :9

13. Cheeseburger and oven baked fries

100% natural beef with jalopeno jack cheese, sliced onion, mayo on whole wheat bread and oven baked fries on the side. Washed down with water and a twist of lemon.

That was 4 hours ago and now I'm hungry again.
