It is a cheap piece of crap. I would return it, but I don't think I would find one better. it's even worse than the last one I bought just a few years ago. Isn't anything actually made with quality and durability anymore? :banghead:

2. Well, my phone has been pretty solid...

I've had it for three years later this month, and it still works great. It's a little banged up, and the antenna doesn't stay in anymore, and it's missing a chunk, but it's still in great shape. The battery has never been replaced, and I even got water inside it a few weeks ago. Once it evaporated, it worked fine.
