Saw Sonic Youth play last night....
I have been a fan of the band for over twenty years now. It's kinda creepy though, as they have not aged at all. Amazing show! About the 20th time I have seen them since 1990!

1. I'm pretty sure they've aged...
...but I firmly believe that playing punk/rock/alt/whatever will help to keep one "young."

Plus massive amounts of feedback is cool and may very well have a regenerative effect on the body...
