After he allowed the Dodgers to score a run on a line drive single, Mike got the ball and angrily slammed it into his own glove--and MISSED!
So the ball bounced into foul territory, and Matt Kemp on third scored run #2! A single transformed into a double!
Something I've never seen in baseball. Ol' Vin Scully said: "Looks like Hampton pitched a curveball to himself..."
