| Anybody else's cat love the water? |
|
Edited on Mon Aug-10-09 08:45 AM by supernova
My little kitties are now four months old. And my female tortie, Nancy, loves all things water. She's fascinated by running water especially. Every time I turn on the bathroom tap, she come likety split to hop up on the counter just to watch the water fall. :-) And she likes drinking from the stream too.
She also likes ice. I drink iced tea every morning, and she has to watch an ice cube drop down from the fridge dispenser. And she licks it up!
Getting wet is OK too; she shakes herself off like a dog! I think if she lived near a stream or pond, she'd be fishing.

That's cute. :D
Nancy will sit on the tub side while I shower, but she hasn't gotten in yet. I think it's kitty equivalent of not wanting to put your face in the water. :-)

| 3. 2 of my roommate's cats are like that... |
|
They HAVE to be in the bathroom when he is showering, or they will sit at the door and complain. He usually showers first, but one moring I had to leave early so got in the bathroom before he got up. I kept hearing an awful racket coming from outside the door, and it was the 2 kittehs clawing at the door and crying. When I opened the door, and they saw it was me, the look of confusion on their faces was pretty funny.
