| How many years do you think Bill Murray was stuck in his Groundhog Day universe? |
|
I'm guessing at least 1,000.

| 1. I think the writers said it was 10,000 |
|
The original script was supposed to be a lot darker too.

| 2. I want to see THAT movie |
|
Groundhogs Day was cool but that movie sounds a lot more interesting.

10,000 would be insanity.
Hell, 100 years would be insanity!
Actually, I'd drive me nuts after a week.
But a darker script? That could be interesting! Don't get me wrong, I liked the version we got, but darker versions are always better.
Beetle Juice was supposed to be a lot darker than it turned out to be, too.

| 4. yeah, that'd be one remake I'd be in favor of seeing |
|
they could even use the older, more subdued Bill Murray of today. I wonder if the original script even still exists or if it's been destroyed.
