You are assigning attributes to the sense of smell that do not exactly fit. For example...it smells like "someone sticking razors up my nose". This type of thing happens to people who have dropped acid.

For example...people under the influence of LSD often "hear colors".

Therefore, I have concluded that you have unwittingly been dosed with LSD.

sometimes I "smell" a powdery smell with an undertone of vinegar. No one else can smell this bouquet. My mom the chemist says that it is the breakdown of base and acid.
