And I can't seem to get away from the lab. Grad school's kind of like the mafia in that sense.

7. Just in Vancouver yesterday

And saw lots of fliers for the March 20 protests. Alas, since I'm moving south, it's my last visit to Canadaland for a long time. :(

Had to drop by the mailbox place and renew the box that gets my Canadian satellite TV bill. :) If there were any way, I'd be living somewhere in B.C. -- the drive from Cranbrook up to Golden and Kamloops back to Vancouver was beautiful as always, even if the drive on the Coquihalla was a bit treacherous.

But no newspaper in B.C. wanted to go through the hoops to get me squared with the immigration folks. :( So it's off to California for me and my dish.
