Well, went out and did my civic duty this afternoon. My community service

group did our first Adopt A Highway litter pick up this afternoon. Took us 2 1/2 hours to do a 2 mile stretch. WHY WHY do people throw their trash out on the highway?:grr:

We have about 7 miles of interstate and another 5 or 6 of county road through this place. (not to mention the migration corridor) It can get disgusting.

A fair amount must be unintentional or gets scattered in wrecks, but the trucker bombs and various other things are obviously intentional.
