Ideas for a second tattoo (a me-too post)

To celebrate a Depressive remission, I got a tattoo of a rose (with thorns) over my left clavicle. There's a drop of blood on one of the thorns. The tattoo is to remind me that life is a rich mixture of pleasure and pain.

I've decided that my next tattoo will celebrate my victory over my herniated disc pain, which will probably require surgery. I was thinking of getting the tattoo on the back of my neck (over the site of the injury).

Ideas?
