Jackie Greene! I've seen him twice so far this year. My daughter is absolutely in love with him, so I gave him a listen... he's very, very talented. You can tell he's inspired by Bob Dylan and The Grateful Dead, but he's very original and amazingly talented.

Not to give you musical whiplash or anything... oh, but I enjoy the whiplash myself You need to hear The Woolly Bandits! Here is their latest video, Woman of Mass Destruction. Christa is so freaking hot! Her hubby, Rick, is way cool. They played at my friend's 50th birthday They were Sky Saxon's back up band on his very last tour before he died... Christa sang on a Michael Jackson tune too... they are such nice people. They are more garage rock.

"From the ashes of this golden age of confusion,
the denim recruits came to be
known as the apocalypse dudes."
