1. Destiny on skates.

I've been saying all season that I thought there was more talent on the Hawks than on any other NHL team, but they've been undisciplined. They're still undisciplined, but they're overwhelming their opponents with their depth and talent. They have on Duncan Keith arguably the best defenseman in the game. Every front line can score. They're playing with a young goalie, but getting it done anyway.

They kind of have to win. They'll never keep all this talent together for long. Hossa and Kane and Tewes and Byfuglin and Sharp and Versteeg and Brouwer and on and on; sooner or later this splendid team is going to have to break up; too many of these kids will be making big money to keep them all.

Oh, but it is a fun ride though, eh?
