| How Do You Get More Sleep? |
|
You know, here is a real difference between people. Tell me which one you are.
If you come to the conclusion that you are not getting enough sleep which of the following do you do? Presume that I mean on the weekends or some other time when other demands, like work, are not controlling.
Sleep later in the morning.
Go to bed earlier at night.
I think the answer speaks volumes to the sort of person you are.

I hate sleeping late in the morning because then I feel groggy all day. :-)

:) Seriously though I would rather sleep in. I've never been much of a morning person. I worked second shift for a long time and really liked that schedule.

I am a morning person, and generally for me to 'sleep in' means I get up around 7 am instead of 4:45 am.

Hit the sack earlier and don't drink coffee in the evening.
Studies show that sleeping later does not refresh you. You wake up tired.
