| 2. I would ask how you can be sexually involved with the Net.... |

As it's just a tool...and then I realized that I answered my own question.
Still, I think those numbers are rather high.

The "reporter" for CBN was talking about how easy access to internet pornography has caused people to become overnight sex addicts. They even had some guy who refused to have his face shown talking about how he would make up excuses just to look at Internet porn and how it cost him his family and his job. I thought the whole thing was extremely hilarious, because they made it sound like an epidemic. An excessive masturbation epidemic. I wonder when Pat's going to start a prayer drive for our poor heathen souls.
PRAY FOR A HANDS-FREE AMERICA!

Having worked on the distribution of porn side of the Internet I can assure you that 40 million people a day AT LEAST look at PR0n on the Net.
"Sexualy Involved"....depends on your definition. Is a sticky keyboard "Sexualy Involved" with the Net. "honest, I did not have sexual relations with that network!".
I say so what!

Considering that if you even accidentally happen upon a porn site, it tries to take over your computer and put up all sorts of pop-ups, I wonder if anyone except the very newest internet users ever click on any sex related sites at all. The first thing you learn is that sex/porn on the internet is more trouble than it's worth.
On edit: The article finds a couple of creeps who claim to be internet addicts and claims that 40 million suffer from internet sex addiction. It also claims that using porn creates brain chemicals similar to those created by the use of cocaine. Come on, do they think we are idiots? Or do they actually assume that an adult reader of this article would have never used porn and wouldn't immediately recognize that this statement is an utter lie.

We see each other nearly every day, though.
