Obama's Latest Great Compromise

Besieged by Republicans claiming he is a Muslim, and having made a tenuous assertion for some time that he was in fact a Christian, Obama has now reached an agreement with Boner and other Republican leaders that he will henceforth be considered Jewish. An Obama aide said Democrats could take it or leave it, but that there was no sense in continuing to be sanctimonious and purist about it since it was a done deal. Joe Lieberman could not be reached for comment.
