Did you have really bad gas as a symptom of menopause?

1. it's quite likely lactose intolerance, age of onset around 50 for several women i know

keep track of how much milk you drink or use the lactaid type milk

i know a woman who had over $1,000 worth of tests before they figured it out

I'm beginning to think so!!!! Lately, I'm almost 3 mths now...if I eat meat-WHew- suddenly I'm a real room clearer! I know, I know TMI TMI!!!!!!... Anyway, I'm with ya on that!!! The more wheat and barley grass I can put in fruit smoothies, the better off I smell!

Bad sleep, bad mood, bad memory, many bad days...but no bad gas lol.

But I've never really had a problem with that anyhow.

I think all bets are off when it comes to this time of life woman! Hang in there!

with a resounding YES.

Seriously, I think I am the only woman in history that had no symptoms or side effects of menopause. I simply, at the age of 49, stopped having monthly cycles. I might have had hot flashes I could count on one hand in the first months, other than that, nothing.

I do, however, have gas on a daily basis and have for the last six or seven months. That was about the time that all the other happened. I never connected the two.

I had no problems at all. No hot flashes, moodiness, or anything else. Nothing. Felt fine and still do.
