| I Think 'Modern Family' Is The Funniest Show On TV |
|
I just wish during tonight's episode, after they kids "surprised" their parents with breakfast in bed for their anniversary, when the boy said "Whatever they were doing it looked like Dad was winning" I hadn't just taken a drink.

| 1. Seen it. Think it's solid and certainly above average. |
|
But really don't think it approaches funniest on television. I think it's a bit overrated in the same way Two and a Half Men is/was.
For network shows I'd say Community eclipses it easily. And on cable The League, Sunny and Curb Your Enthusiasm are far funnier.
IMHO, of course.

| 2. I started watching it recently. |

It's much funnier than I thought it would be. I almost died of laughter during the Halloween episode when Gloria said, "He scared the baby cheeses out of me!"
Unfortunately, Hulu only has Season 2 available, so I'll have to Netflix Season 1.

I love this show. One of my favorite episodes was when Mitchell was trying to surprise Cam about the Flash Mob song/dance thing, I can't wait til that one repeats.

| 5. Last night was the first episode I saw |

It didn't disappoint but I watched it because of the hype. I think my expectations were a little too high but it was pretty funny. I have to watch more shows, I'm sure some episodes are better than others.

Heard it's hysterical. I always watch Criminal Minds at 9 p.m., if I am home. Work second shift. Don't watch a lot of primetime TV. Don't watch shows on-line, either. Don't have TiVo.
