it's one of the few things that can get me down if thought about

I am feeding the ferals here -- though from what I've seen...
1 or 2 of the 3 0r 4 that I've seen are pretty healthy, plump li'l
opportunistic outdoor cats with a home aand someone to care for them.

S'Ok... I've SEEN a coupla scrawny-raggedy ass kitties that I'd love
to be able to cuddle and groom getting some much-needed sustenance.
They run, though... when they become aware of my presence/proximity.

5. It's good of you to take care of...

the ferals...all of them..LOL.

I found my Remy in my driveway last winter...freezing and very skinny. When I took him to the vet, he said he wouldn't have lasted much longer. Now he's getting treats, and tripping me on the steps leaving big fur balls everywhere..but he's safe and happy.

That's how I got my last cat too..he showed up on my deck one night and was with me for the next 12 years. He was the best cat I've ever owned. I miss him terribly. But Remy, is starting to fill that void. :-)

11. Wow! Remy sure did grow up!

I remember when you found him, and I thought at the time he was gonna be a beautiful cat once he was fed and loved on a regular basis. Looks like my prediction came true! Funny how our most beloveds find us, isn't it?

Remy's "friend" Remy thinks Sugar is his playmate...they play hide and seek...it's funny...they're buddies. Everytime I try and get a picture of the two of them..they run off...
