| CONFESS!!!!!! You believe in the power of the POWER NAP |
|
I do!!!
I had to run home for lunch time because I forgot to bring back to work some documents I need for my monthly report. I only live 10 minutes from work so I figured I'd run home during my lunch break and grab them.
While I was home, my ass was STILL dragging from the Boston gathering so I set the alarm on my cell phone and I took a 20 minute power nap.
Now I'm feeling on top of the world. I think Power Naps Rule!!
(for those who don't know what a power nap is - it's a very brief nap that although it lasts for just a few minutes it clears up the sleepiness and exhaustion you're feeling during the middle of a work day)

| 12. Amen! A 20 minute nap is merely a tease |
|
of what a REAL nap is. On Saturdays I have what I call my shabbos schluff and it is AT LEAST TWO HOURS long. Oh I love it!!!!

I average 4-5 hours of actual sleep a night, and I owe my sprightlyness to a 20-minuter at about 1:30 PM in my office. I just ease back the office chair and snooze out. I am at the point now where I wake up in twenty minutes with needing a clock.

| 8. I thought they were called "disco naps". |
|
You know, come home, take a quick 15 minute nap, then HIT THE DISCO. At least that's how a friend of mine described them.
