HEADS UP re: NYC GATHERING: LynneSin is in the hospital

Apparently, I-Am-Lynne's-Appendix decided to go red alert on her just before the trip/party/protest she's been planning for months. She asked me to let you all know, and to see how much I can help to make sure the Saturday party comes off OK.

I also understand that one DUer was going to leave her bags in Lynne's hotel room. If this is a full-blown appendix issue, Lynne isn't going to make it to NY, so other arangements will have to be made.

Please be aware that I am working all this week in NYC, including Saturday, so my capacityt for organization is limited. I was planning to come to the party, but didn't know when.

Please post below if your plans have been messed up by this, or if you can step up and become the organizing person.

Lynne, by the way, is fine. Pissed, but fine.

Aw gee, Lynne was working so hard on this gathering. I can just imagine how pissed she is.

Lynne, if you're reading this, I hope you're feeling better. THose nasty Republicans will still be around, unfortunately, even if you miss out on the trip to NY. But I hope you're able to get there to give 'em hell!

I wasn't planning on going to the party on saturday but my sister and I were gonna meet up with DUers on Sunday AM. crap crap crap. she was the only one who's cell number I have for sunday. guess we will march solo. its hard to find people in that crowd.
