Polls:believe which ones?

Experts, pls tell us which polls you put confidence in.

Also rate each one, if possible, with "What % confidence you put in each poll".

eg.,. Ipsos..90%
Fox.. 0%
I am wanting the real polling companies, not just the money paying sponsors, tho you might comment on the sponsors when they covertly influence or simply erase the true results.
