Dogmatic GOP Pushes Obama Right Back into his Element
President Obama is shifting his focus from persuading Republicans to work with him to persuading the public to back him. He's getting ready to embark on a bus tour to sell economic proposals he plans to unveil in the next month or so. And if the public embraces them, the GOP has only itself to blame.

1. Good - that's a far better approach.

5. It's probably just about campaigning, rather than a real change.

2. It might be a better idea to do the bus tour after he unveils his economic proposals
How can anyone back him when they don't know what he's offering?

4. A little late. I wonder how many Americans anguished
while Obama was so-called compromising behind Republican closed doors?

6. Pushes him back to a different element
but is it "his" element? Or just a different element?

To be or not to be.
That is the question.
To suffer the slings and arrows
of outrageous lunatic Teapublicans or
Whip the shit out of the with the TRUTH?

Who can tell?

7. so....
just as the election season heats up he comes home. I really really want him to mean it. I am desperate for him to mean it but I don't trust him any more. Bailouts for Wall Street, failing to lead on gay rights until election time, Gitmo, Afghanistan, serving his corporate buddies at instead of his country and so on. His words have always been great but I see better than I hear.
