| Bush Sr./Bush Jr. - A chip off the Old Economic Block |
|
Edited on Fri Sep-12-03 02:12 PM by Homer12
You would think that after Bush Sr, and how he lost the election due to the economy, even after the pseudo-success of Gulf War I and Papa's initial high ratings, that they'ed understand that Americans in the end also want a strong economy. - Bush Sr. raised taxes after his pledge, not to say the least spent to much time on middle east oil rescources for his oil rich friends rather than the American economy.
- Jr. on the other hand, cut taxes for the rich, and the burden then falls on the shrinknig middle-class and working class, while raising a monsterous deficeit in a very weak jobless recovery econonmy, and goes and asks Americans for nearly 90$ billion more for the neo-con middle east strategic power grab, while benifiting coporations that have their appendages up the administrations ass.
I ask myself, Should people fear more about what the Bush Administration is doing to this country, or about international terrorism? My answer is people are starting to fear GW and his Neo-con hacks more than international terrorism at this time, becuase they are destroying this country from the inside out.
Bush-Clinton-Bush or Recession-Prosperity-Recession.
