You alerted me to Ralph Regula's blocking earmarked money for Democratic projects "if they don't support Bush's legislation"....

Well, now Count Regula says this - "I just historically don’t give earmarks to people who don’t support the legislation,” said Regula, R-Bethlehem Township, who began chairing the subcommittee in 2001.

Can you find me a single instance of a Republican Rep getting earmarks after they DIDN'T vote for legislation?? If he "historically" doesn't do that, I'd sure like to find a time when he did.
