WHAT THE HELL!? And just earlier they had on Michael Reagan debunking his brother's speech and trashing the DNC for using him as a "puppet".

How can people call this network "fair and balanced" with a straight face?

Oooh, and I just saw an ad for another one of their shows where they'll examine just how scripted the DNC really is!

On another note, did anyone see Michael Reagan on Fox saying that the only reason Ron Reagan was at the DNC was because of his last name? I guess it never occurred to Michael Reagan that the only reason he's on Fox is because of his last name. But my favorite part was, when responding to a question about what Nancy thought about Ron speaking at the DNC, Michael Reagan whined about how Ron was always Nancy's favorite, and he could do no wrong. WAH!!

Example, Kerry is on the ferry with vets who served with him, and the guys says "well here is Kerry with his supposed war buddies, as to the truth of that we don't know. Most of them are Bush supporters but I guess they want a moment in the limelight" I'm paraphrasing, but the asshole kept rambling and I'm thinking "is this reporting, commentating, wtf is this" "oh its Fox News"

and spinning like a 45, but the quality of news is just below any acceptable levels...

I do not subscribe to FOX News but every month SkyPerfecTV in Japan lets you watch most channels for free as a promotion.
This particular promotion day coincided with the attacks in Instanbul earlier this year and I was flicking between BBC World and FOX News just to see how screwed up FOX really was.

One could clearly see that the words "background check" is nowhere to be found in the FOX News general manual, since they, by the time BBC had 3 casualities, already had 6 dead reported.

In the end, they had to revise the number of dead down to what the BBC (and most other networks) had, but it just goes to show that FOX News isn't a news network, but just a right-wing tabloid wannabe....

22. Here is a story for you

My story. I hadnt watched fox until about a year ago. We had it on Directv but I never was able to even watch tv for a few years leading up to it so I knew nothing about it. When I was finally able to rearrange my schedule, I started watching all the coverage in the lead up to the war. I watched fox about 5 or 10 times over a few weeks and have never turned it back! My wife had told me what to expect but I could not believe it until I saw it. I wrote a letter to Directv asking them to remove it from their programming. Of course I got no response but I resent it as an email every week for several months just to get my point across. It was a waste of time but it made me feel better. I refuse to even glance at their news anymore, its also a waste of time.

I cant believe Hannity and the rest of them pass for fair and/or balanced. Crazy!

23. I Stopped Watching!

I used to watch until the "fair and balanced" got on my nerves. That was about a year ago. I must like torturing myself because yesterday morning I turned it on and got so disgusted within about two minutes I vowed to NEVER touch that channel again. It just isn't worth the stress and that Steve Doocy or whatever his name is is a royal pain! What a jerk. Are he and Chris Matthews brothers or do I just not like blond men?
