He asked if all these "swiftie" guys wanted was to prevent Kerry from becoming President, why didn't they bring all this up during the primaries. Instead they waited till after the nomination to make these accusations.

1. If you'll recall, everyone thought Dean would be the nominee

for quite some time during the primaries. So there was no real need for these scum to creep out of the pond. Moreover, and I continue to say this, the only reason anyone is paying attention to these people now is because it's a slow time for the media, so they needed something to hype. It's a case of being in the right place at the right time for the Swift Hoaxers.

No one pays attention any longer. 19 American soldiers, and who knows how many Iraqis, died this week and no one cares.

The same people that knew a lot about Skull and Bones also were fascinated with Kerry faking his wounds, and about him re-enacting scenes from Vietnam for the cameras, and about deliberately undermining his own BCCI investigation, and about his thrown medals.

9. But the media never acted till now. The media is behind this.

We have a media where half are in collusion with the Republicans, and the other half are intimidated by them. I can see no other explanation for what has happened.

4. If Wes Clark was the nominee

we'd be hearing the same crap from a different bunch of Republican funded slimers. His heroism and wound-shortened tour would have been questioned in order to keep voters from remembering that * went AWOL after formally requesting he not ever have to face combat.
