...we have to back Dan Rather and the rest of CBS for trying to report the truth about AWOL. The Bushinastas screwed CBS and now are trying to intimidate the rest of the new media to get in line. We can vote for the type of journalism we want by our remote controls...Tell your friends spread the word on DU and write to bloggers to promote CBS...

Howeever, CBS programming isn't all that entertaining as a whole. Rather is a fine journalist and always has been, sort of in the Cronkite mold. So CBS news it is and shall be. And welcome to DU.
