On Hardball just now, with Bob Dornan foaming at the mouth with an idiotic diatribe about Clinton cutting a Faustian deal to corrupt the youth of America (is this jerk on drugs or just stupid), Joe calmly says:
"This is the state of the Right Wing today. They are so interested in grabbing Clinton's crotch that they cannot discuss any real issues".
I just started reading Joe's latest book ("Lies"), and highly recommend it.

He and Gene Lyons did a GREAT job with "The HUNTING of the PRESIDENT". I can't wait to read Joe's newest book.

I loved "Big Lies", but in one chapter he calls Noam Chomsky "irritating". E-mailed Joe asking him to clarify. Still waiting.

but I was so irritated by Bob Dornan I could barely watch it. He kept shouting over Joe (who remained calm) - called Clinton beelzebub and a litany of other names - that's all he's about; asked Joe if he'd let his daughter near Clinton. Tweety laughing in the background the whole time. Ugggh. Wish Joe could have had at least 30 seconds without an interruption.
