Rome is to blame for 9/11 and the Spanish terrorism. The skit asks the question, just what do these "terrorists" want from the the Spanish? Answer: just Spain.

party in Spain is undemocratic. Socialism can be very democratic. Sloppy on his part.

...Historically, pretty far left. I suppose he may just have the American mindset of socialism = communism = Iron Curtain style dictatorship though.
