It works in QuickTime if renamed to .mov, too, but I prefer it with the .vp3 suffix so I can tell at a glance what kind of file it is.

The story is sad beyond belief. These kids were totally abandoned. 45 guards at Camp Bucca for more than 7,000 prisoners. Astounding. WTF has Rummy done to the chain of command?
