So, you think Howard Stern or Scott DePace will have to pay the fine?

This morning, as Stern and Co. were giving Right-Wing Bushbot Scott DePace the same treatment that Kucinich would receive if he appeared on Faux News, Scott DePace yelled out "That's BULLSHIT!".

This was while SDP was a whirling Dervish (sp?) trying to spin the Michael Moore facts into "rhetoric".

"Dead-air Dave" and Tom C. didn't appear to bleep it from the airwaves, yet other occurances have shown that DAD and TC were able to seamlessly "bleep" out questionable stuff due to the "delay".

So, with the new rules being pushed through in the middle of a defense spending bill, will it fall on Howard's pocketbook, or will it fall on Scott DePace's?

My money would be that the fines will have Howard's name all over them, even though it was Mr. "Family Values" "Bush Is God" DePace.
