I dont post much here in this forum, but I do read your posts quite a bit. I noticed the ranting about off shoring and I thought I would put in my rant as well. I think that the principle of off shoring on the precept of cheap labor is WRONG. I firmly belive that off shoring is no more than Importing labor and it should be treated as such. I think that taxes should be levied on the increase in net income that is generated by off shore labor. This is no different than importing steel, wood, or electronics and causing americans to lose jobs due to the importation of these foreign commodities. The greedy suits that practice offshoring with their companies in order to increase their net worth at the expense of hardlucked layoffees should he held accountable. I think that for each dollar of income they make on offshore labor, they should be taxed 60% as to make sure they dont make a profitable return on that sort of investment. Its time these freaks reinvest in america, not india, mexico or some other country with a low exchange rate!!!!! :hurts:

| 1. true - but "free trade" helps everyone - if we ever have "free trade" |
|
The WTO is not about to allow a new restriction to be imposed - even if they agree with you!
Besides the main effect would be re-incorporation outside the US.
