What % of people in California live off of Minimum Wage?

1. I have only been to Ca a couple of times.
I cannot see how anyone could live on federal minimum wage there.
I could not live on fed minimum wage in Al, Fl, or NC. I live on less than minimum wages now because I am on disability. It breaks down to $5.32 hr/ 213 wk/853 month.
If it were not for having a roomie I would be in sorry shape or out on the street again. We live in rural NC, where the county avg income is 16,800$ a year.
