I also saw nothing wrong with it back when there was such a fuss about selling the meat to the Belgians.
I thought that was OK because not only were the excess horses culled, but the government got some money for it.
Yeah it was a "Bush" policy because the bastard happened to be president when you guys noticed it, not because it was part of some evil neo-con scheme.
