This is what the U.S. Energy and Climate bill has come to:


A draft version of the US Senate energy bill has been released this afternoon.

Officially called the Clean Energy Jobs and Oil Company Accountability Act , the 24-page draft bill focuses a lot more on oil company accountability than it does on clean energy.
