Beacon for Freedom of Expression Conference at Bibliotecha Alexandria
Al Ahram carried several stories about this past week's Beacon for Freedom forum at Bibliotecha Alexandria.

Beacon for Freedom of Expression is a Norwegian initiative celebrating the revival of the Library of Alexandria.

The Library's page on the Beacon for Freedom Conference does not yet have the documents uploaded. Check back.

The conference follows up on the commitment to ongoing discussion of democratic reforms spelled out in the Alexandria Declaration--
