KEARNEY — A convenience store manager is praising the unidentified citizen who found a revolver in a store restroom last week.
About 2:50 p.m. Thursday, an employee of Bosselman’s Pump & Pantry at 56th Street and Avenue N reported to Kearney police that a handgun was found in the men’s restroom at the gas station. Kearney Police Department officers were called to the scene and reviewed the in-store surveillance video.
The video showed an employee with Rochester Armored Car Service of Grand Island had used the restroom and left his .38 Special revolver there.
