Can anyone point me to an article, book or online source that definitively links Wahabbist Islam with the 'majority' of martyrs in the Israeli/Palestinian conflict?

Is this even somewhat true?

I'm trying to understand the nature of those considered radical Islamists, or 'Islamofascists'.

I do not like the term 'Islamofascist' because it is often used too broadly by right wingers to paint all followers of Islam as violent.

Your wikipedia link points to a further delineation into the Qutbees. (Followers of Qutb). I've seen Power of Nightmares, so at least I know who that is.
