An Israeli officer has been charged with killing four Palestinians, including three children in Jenin

1. To quote the article...

"Palestinian leaders have dismissed the indictment as a public relations ploy..."

While its good to see something like this being done, im more inclined to believe the quote. Too many innocent children die in palestine b/c of the hatred the Israeli army has for the Palestinian people. While I think that the Suicicde bombers and any that agrees with them are 100% wrong. Israel has a responcibility as a government to go about this with more then "eye for an eye" tactics.

2. War Crimes

If one is guilty of a war crime, which both sides are, they should be brought to justice.

It makes no since to prosecute only the Palestinians, but to let the Israeli's off the hook when they commit an atrocity in the name of "terrorism protection."
